After an initial phone or email conversation, Nailed It will request information regarding your potential timeline, plans, budget and your vision. We will then arrange a free on-site consultation to understand your desired outcome and discuss these details further. With our vast experience, we can help guide you in the right direction with creative input when required.
Pricing
Once we have obtained working drawings we will prepare a comprehensive estimate or quote. This quote will be broken into stages of the construction process which creates very transparent costings. This will include scope of work and any sub trades required to complete the project from start to finish. We offer full contract quotes, meaning we endeavour to include everything to limit the unknown costs/variations throughout the project. From here we can set up a meeting to present to you.
Construction
Once consent has been granted the professional team of licensed builders from Nailed it will undertake the work. Stefan and the A -Team will be on-site daily to project manage so you can be sure he will be on top of all aspects of your project. Weekly catch ups will be scheduled and communication will be clear and often. Along with efficient and high standards of construction, we have high expectations around Health and Safety working closely with all sub-contractors.
Design
Keeping the communication with all parties is part of our involvement; Nailed It can put you in touch with designers and the necessary consultants or work with yours. We will work with you and the designers to get all the relevant information so plans can be submitted to council. Our goal is to gather as much information at this stage to streamline the construction process as majority of decisions are pre-decided.
Project Management
With peace of mind, Nailed It will be on top of all aspects of your project. With our proven processes, that’s aligned with project timelines, daily logs, photo updates, client options (paint colours etc.) and communications. We use this to manage all aspects of the project, and you our client will be kept on track with progress throughout your entire project.
Completion
Nailed It will complete your project right through to final inspection and help complete CCC (Code of Compliance). At this stage you will be proud of your renovated or new home and my job is to have you be so pleased that you naturally refer us to your family or friends who want to invest in their future property goals/dreams.
